ASPEN WOODS A much sought after residential neighborhood in the South-West quadrant of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, consisting mostly of residential single family homes, and a limited number of older acreages. Residential Aspen Woods was established as a neighborhood in 2001 on land annexed to the City of Calgary in 1956.
COACH HILL A very nice residential neighborhood in the South-West quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. It borders Sarcee Trail to the East, Bow Trail to the South, 69 Street to it's West and Old Banff Coach Road to the North. The community homes are served by the 69th Street C-Train LRT station. Very popular with mid-price and high price range South West home buyers.
WEST SPRINGS West Springs Southwest is located at the Western edge of the City. West by the acreages and estate homes of Springbank in the MD of Rockyview County. To it's East it has 69th Street West, and to the South Bow Trail with the North side having Old Banff Coach Road with the community of Cougar Ridge and Canada Olympic Park (COP). and great access to the City C-Train LRT.
SPRINGBANK HILL is a large and generally wealthy suburb near the western city limit of Calgary, Alberta in the Southwest (SW) quadrant. It is bounded to the north by 17 Avenue S, to the south by Glenmore Trail, to the east by 69 Street W and to the east by the Stoney Trail corridor.
SIGNAL HILL Signal Hill South West Calgary contains the residential neighborhoods of Sienna Hills and Signal Ridge in the center of Broadcast Hill which started development in 1985. The library of Signal Hill is also located there to serve the community. It borders Sarcee Trail to the East, and 17th Avenue on the North side. The community of Springbank Hill is to the West with Glemore Trail cutting to the South.
STRATHCONA PARK Strathcona Park, South West Calgary was established around 1980, and was annexed from the MD of Rockyview. The area stretches West from Calgary with mountain Views and the Bow and River Valleys. A relaxed and peaceful community with single family homes and Condos.
CHRISTIE PARK Christie Park has a well groomed feel as you walk through this community. The MD Rocky View annexed the land to the City in 1956 and building started in 1990. It borders onto Strathcona Drive and Strathcona Park to the North. Sarcee Trail is to the East with 17 Ave to the South and 69th St W to the West. In council it is looked after by Ward 6 at Council.
